Delivery

Delivery Leadtime:

A majority of products are made to order and will be ready to post within a 5-7 working day lead time (please see each individual product for their lead time). Although in stock products are also available and are posted within 2 working days.

Made to order items may have a shorter lead time than this depending on workload, but please do send a message via the contact page if you want to find out an approximate posting date for your order before placing an order.

If you require an item for a specific date, please make contact and I’ll try my best to accommodate this.

Delivery Service (UK):

All orders are sent out using the Royal Mail service.

Three options are available;

Second class tracked - £2.50

First class tracked - £3.50

Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm - £8.35 - please note the dispatch time does not change for this option, only the delivery service once posted.

The Kind Path cannot take responsibility for any delays or damages that happen during the postal service.

Delivery Service (International):

International orders will be sent via the Royal Mail international tracked and signed for service. The cost for international deliveries is £12.00.

Royal Mail delivery aims for international deliveries are:

  • Europe delivery aim: 3-5 working days.

  • Worldwide delivery aim: 5-7 working days.

The tracking number will be provided in the dispatch email one your order has been shipped.

Please note that customs/import charges/VAT may apply when placing international orders and these are the responsibility of the customer.

The Kind Path cannot take responsibility for any delays or damages that happen during the postal service.


Late and Lost Deliveries:

If your delivery has been delayed, then please contact me and we will provide you with the tracking number to enable you to see delivery updates with Royal Mail.

UK deliveries: We cannot refund or replace lost items until at least 15 working days after the date of dispatch  – this is when Royal Mail classes items as being lost.

International deliveries: We cannot refund or replace lost items until at least 20 working days after the date of dispatch for items going to Europe and 25 working days for the rest of the world – this is when Royal Mail classes items as being lost.

It is possible for some orders to experience a delay in customs. We unfortunately have no control over this and cannot be held responsible. We ask that if your order experiences a delay in customs that you contact your local customs agency.

Items not received but tracked as being delivered – This can happen for example when having an item delivered to your work and a colleague or the post room has signed for the parcels, or potentially when a neighbour has taken in your parcel and signed for it.

The Kind Path cannot be held responsible for parcels that are recorded as delivered, or are lost or delayed in transit.


Returns

If you would like to return an item, please contact The Kind Path using the form below within 14 days of taking delivery.

Please note earrings are exempt from returns/refunds due to hygiene reasons, unless faulty. Other exemptions are bespoke items unless they are faulty.

Customers are held responsible for paying return postage, unless it is for a faulty item.

When returning an item, please ensure that you package it securely and it is in it’s original condition (including jewellery box) and return via a tracked postal service. We do not accept any responsibility for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit, these are the responsibility of the customer.



PROCESSING YOUR REFUND

Once your returned item has been received we will notify you by email.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method as soon as possible and within 5 working days.
