In stock items are dispatched within 2 working days.

Made to order items are dispatched within 3-5 working days.

Delivery options are selected at checkout, orders are sent with royal mail. Please see Delivery and Returns for more information.

Amendments/Cancellation:

Orders must be amended or cancelled within 24 hours after placing your order. If you have changed your mind and want to cancel your order or you need to make an amendment, please make contact via the Contact page.

Payment:

Prices shown are in GBP, prices can be changed on the website at any point, however this does not affect any previous or current orders.

For bespoke pieces, the price and postage amount is determined prior to receiving an order confirmation. Once the order has been accepted you will then receive the order confirmation stating the total payment amount and the deposit amount.

All transactions through The Kind Path website are handled through dedicated third party payment services, please find more information about this on our Privacy Policy. The Kind Path does not store card information and all card information is handled over SSL encryption.

Sizing:

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that they have ordered the correct ring size. See our Ring Size Guide for some help on finding your size, however this is a guideline only and The Kind Path cannot be held responsible for any incorrect ring measurements taken when trying to find out your ring size.

Earrings and Necklaces have approximate size information on each product page, please use this information to ensure you are happy with the size of the item you are purchasing.
