Frequently Asked Questions

Do you take on bespoke orders?

Yes, I enjoy creating new pieces, send me a message via the contact page to start discussions.

What is the lead time for bespoke orders?

This depends on my current work load, but send me a message via the contact page and I’ll get back to you to confirm.

I don’t know what my ring size is, how can I find it out?

Take a look at the Ring Size Guide for some useful tips on finding out your size at home. Alternatively you can buy a ring sizer, available here. Please note all of these options may not be 100% accurate, so please bear this in mind when ordering.

I can’t see any sea glass rings in my size, how can I get one?

Send me a message via the contact page and let me know the following:

The size ring you need.

The colour of sea glass you would like. I use genuine sea glass, I currently have lots of white, green, brown, blues and some grey.

If there’s a particular shape of sea glass you would prefer (circular, tear drop, square, triangle, free form and so on).

What size sea glass you would like, if you’re after a dainty ring, or a statement piece etc.

I will then look through my beautiful sea glass collection and get back to you with the pieces that are the closest match to your request.

What materials do you use?

I mostly work with sterling silver, but on request I love to create pieces in gold.

How do I look after my jewellery?

Head over to the Jewellery Care page, which has some useful information on how to look after your new jewellery.

Does the jewellery arrive hallmarked?

By UK law, any silver jewellery which weighs over 7.78g (and gold jewellery that weighs over 1g) must be hallmarked. Any items which exceed these weights will come hallmarked by the London Assay Office.

Please find the Dealers Notice here, which explains the exemption amount.
